The Jewish Cemetery of Brno – the Skořepka Synagogue – the Tugendhat villa

The Jewish Cemetery of Brno – founded in 1852, a protected national monument, the largest Jewish cemetery in Moravia, c. 12,000 graves. The cemetery is still in use. Graves of the notable personalities of the Moravian past can be visited here.

The Skořepka Synagogue – a Modern Movement style synagogue built according to a project by Arch. Otto Eisler in 1936. The only synagogue in current use in Moravia. A protected national monument (here).

The Tugendhat Villa – a landmark of the modern world architecture listed as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The building hosts a permanent exposition covering the history of the Tugendhat Villa.
